Yes. One engine download at install, then no internet is needed for anything. Your voice never leaves your computer.
How much do I need to record?＋
1 to 3 minutes gets an instant clone — close, not perfect. 8 to 20 minutes gives Pro training its best, near-identical result.
Do I need a gaming PC?＋
No. An NVIDIA card makes training faster, but CPU works — just slower.
Windows shows a warning the first time. Why?＋
New independent apps get a SmartScreen note until Windows learns to trust them. Click "More info", then "Run anyway". The guide walks through it.
Can I clone someone else's voice?＋
Only your own, or one whose owner said yes.
What if it doesn't work for me?＋
